The team did an amazing job on the drain replacement and gas line to stove/cooktop including a city permit. The job was nicely and timely done and the team cleaned up the areas well before they left my property. The inspection by the city went very smoothly.
Knockout plumbing replaced my sewer line which was outside the house on my driveway. These guys are absolute wonderful to work with. They gave reasonable quotes and finished the work within the timeline as promised. Once they started digging they realized the city connection is much deeper than originally anticipated. But they did not even charge me for that. They even helped to put remaining dirt in my backyard upon request. I would definitely hire them again.
The Knockout Plumbing did a great work. They did the initial assessment with honesty and in detail. The other company who came to bid was like a talking machine and didn’t accommodate to our special circumstances. About 30 to 40% of our house already had brand new piping. We didn’t want that part replaced.
I appreciated the prompt service and great communication. They addressed my concerns, answered all my Q’s and did a great job repairing my leaking drain pipe in the wall. Would definitely reach out to them again if I have any additional plumbing issues (but hopefully I won’t have any issues like this come up again)!
Edgar and his team were great. We needed to replace an old cast iron sewer main from the house to the street. He didn’t give me a sales pitch about the work but he gave me a real quote based on actual comparison projects. His quote was clear and it also outlined that he would cover the work to fix specific unknowns that could occur without future change orders and without over inflating the initial cost. His pricing was competitive and they did a great job.
